The My CRU subscription is an automatic renewal plan bi-weekly, monthly or as frequently as you choose. When your plan is renewed, you receive your furry dog's food on the next delivery day in your location.
Example: If your registration is on the 2nd of the month and you have a monthly plan, every month it will be renewed on the 2nd and you will receive it on the next delivery day (Tuesday-Friday) at your home.

We mix and grind raw foods and use freezing as the only preservation method.

The subscription sizes are determined according to the weight that we indicate for healthy dogs with normal activity, the pre-established plan amount and frequency are based on the highest weight in the range (for example: PLAN S is designed for dogs of between 5 and 7 kilos but the pre-established base quantity is for 7 kilos), if your dog needs less quantity, formalize the registration and contact us so that we can extend the delivery frequency (for example: renewal every 5 weeks instead of monthly) .

If your dog is between two sizes, choose the one that is closest on top and we will extend the delivery frequency (you will save on shipping).

In this case, select the smallest size for which you have space and we will shorten the renewal frequency so that you have more shipments per month.

Once you have made the transition to CRU, it is totally irrelevant. There are people who prefer to give the same protein two days in a row and others who alternate each day.

You can stop the subscription at any time up to 24 hours before renewal.

To temporarily stop the plan, you can do so in your personal area or write to us at hola@crubarf.com and we will stop shipments for as long as you need.
If you are going to spend time somewhere else within the Spanish peninsula, we can send you the month's subscription to another location (holiday home, hotel, campsite, port, etc.).
