The CRU subscription is an automatic renewal plan bi-weekly, monthly or with the frequency you choose. When your plan is renewed, you receive your furry dog's food on the next delivery day in your location. Example: If your registration is on the 2nd of the month and you have a monthly plan, every month it will be renewed on the 2nd and you will receive it the following Wednesday or Friday before 2:00 p.m. at your home. *If you live in Barcelona city, we will contact you to arrange delivery any day of the week. All CRU Subscription Plans are shipped in temperature-controlled transportation to ensure optimal maintenance of the cold chain. Delivery from Tuesday to Friday. The food will arrive perfectly frozen at your home. You just have to store it in the freezer, defrost what you need, serve it to your furry friend and enjoy the multiple benefits. Of course, all the food we make at CRU is BARF. We mix and grind raw foods and use freezing as the only preservation method. The subscription sizes are determined according to the weight that we indicate for healthy dogs with normal activity, the pre-established plan amount and frequency are based on the highest weight in the range (for example: PLAN S is designed for dogs of between 5 and 7 kilos but the pre-established base quantity is for 7 kilos), if your dog needs less quantity, formalize the registration and contact us so that we can extend the delivery frequency (for example: renewal every 5 weeks instead of monthly) . If your dog is between two sizes, choose the one that is closest on top and we will extend the delivery frequency (you will save on shipping). In this case, select the smallest size for which you have space and we will shorten the renewal frequency so that you have more shipments per month. Choose the size based on what your ideal weight would be, which you should reach, and not your current overweight weight. No problem! Formalize the registration of your furry friend's size and contact us so we can make the menu changes you need. It is totally indifferent. There are people who prefer to give the same protein two days in a row and others who alternate each day. Our menus are designed so that a healthy dog ​​does not need other supplements. If your dog suffers from any pathology or you want to add a supplement, you can do so in the amount recommended by your veterinarian. Of course! Once you have completed the registration of a plan, contact us and we will add the rest of your furry's favorite products (snacks, teethers, wet food, whatever you need!). You will have a 10% discount for each additional plan you contract, it will be applied to the one with the lowest value. Contact us after your first registration so we can send you a personalized coupon. Obvious! The sooner you start the better! Growing with natural food is the best gift you can give! The first few months you will need more than the next, contact us at hola@crubarf.com and we will make you a personalized subscription. These ingredients have very little nutritional value for our furry friends, they are simply used to fill menus cheaply and thus be able to reduce the amount of meat. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Do not refreeze once thawed. Only in exceptional cases can you defrost in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Our packages are 500g to reduce defrosting time while making portions easier. You can stop the subscription at any time up to 24 hours before renewal.
