In each of the plans you can select the delivery frequency you want.
Once your plan payment is confirmed and completed, you agree to a recurring charge for your subscription at the indicated frequency.
After the subscription is renewed and payment is confirmed, CRU will ship the products on the next shipping day after payment.
You can cancel or stop the plan at any time during the month up to 24 hours before the next month's renewal and delivery of your dog's food. Once the plan payment has been renewed, you will not be able to cancel it. If once paid and before CRU has sent your plan, you decide that you prefer not to receive it, CRU will issue you a discount coupon for the value of the plan so that you can use it in our online store.
Subscriptions containing more than 24 packages of frozen CRU will be sent via Correos Frio to guarantee optimal maintenance of the cold chain.
