HOW DO WE SHIP OUR FROZEN MENUS?

To ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, we ship our frozen meals wrapped in dry ice , maintaining the cold chain throughout transport. This system allows us to guarantee that your product will arrive at your home in perfect condition.

👉 For orders under 5 kg, a surcharge of €10 applies, corresponding to the use of dry ice and special packaging.

IMPORTANT:
You can avoid the surcharge by combining any frozen products from our website in the same basket:

• BARF and cooked menus
• Products for dogs and cats
• Different proteins and formats

When the weight reaches 5 kg or more , the surcharge does not apply .
