HOW DO WE SHIP OUR FROZEN MENUS?
To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, we ship our frozen menus with dry ice , maintaining the cold chain throughout transport.
👉 For orders under 5 kg, a surcharge of €10 applies, corresponding to the use of dry ice and special packaging.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid the surcharge , you can freely combine any frozen products from our website in the same basket :
• BARF and cooked menus
• Products for dogs and cats
• Different proteins and formats
When the weight reaches 5 kg or more , the surcharge does not apply .

Llevo años utilizando Cru y a mis perritos les encanta. Dura en su plato 5 segundos exactos! La semana pasada los llevé a su revisión veterinaria y los dos tienen una analítica perfecta! Para mi es muy importante darles una alimentación de alta calidad y se nota en su vitalidad, en su pelo y en lo más importante: Su salud.
