To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, we ship our frozen menus with dry ice , maintaining the cold chain throughout transport.
👉 For orders under 10 packs, a surcharge of €10 applies, corresponding to the use of dry ice and special packaging.

To avoid the surcharge, you can freely combine any frozen products from our website in the same basket:
• BARF and cooked menus
• Products for dogs and cats
• Different proteins and formats
When you reach 10 packages or more , the surcharge does not apply.

Llevo años utilizando Cru y a mis perritos les encanta. Dura en su plato 5 segundos exactos! La semana pasada los llevé a su revisión veterinaria y los dos tienen una analítica perfecta!
