To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, we ship our frozen menus with dry ice , maintaining the cold chain throughout transport.

👉 For orders under 5 kg, a surcharge of €10 applies, corresponding to the use of dry ice and special packaging.

IMPORTANT:
To avoid the surcharge , you can freely combine any frozen products from our website in the same basket :
• BARF and cooked menus
• Products for dogs and cats
• Different proteins and formats

When the weight reaches 5 kg or more , the surcharge does not apply .
